Nor’Wester Amber Ale – The perfect pale for a dark and stormy night! We add a touch of Baird’s Brown and Cara-Red malt to add a richer colour than our typical Coastal Pale Ale. The gentle grassiness of Centennial coupled with sharper notes of Columbus bring a delightful flavour while keeping the IBUs firmly in the Pale Ale zone.
