Once a year, something special happens in the craft winemaking world. WineXpert releases its Limited Edition collection — a small, carefully curated lineup of wines made from rare grapes and exceptional vintages gathered from around the globe. These wines are produced in limited quantities and are only available by preorder.
At Terminal City Brewing, we’re proud to partner with WineXpert and Andrew Peller Limited to bring this exclusive collection to Vancouver. Each year’s series, known simply as LE, gives wine lovers the chance to craft something truly unique — premium wines you won’t find anywhere else and won’t see again once they’re gone.

What Makes LE25 So Special
WineXpert’s Limited Edition program is where creativity meets craftsmanship. Each vintage is built around small-lot grapes from world-class regions, often featuring varietals or blends that aren’t part of the regular WineXpert lineup.
This year’s collection — LE25 — features five standout wines that highlight the diversity and depth of global winemaking, from France and Argentina to Australia and beyond.
Every kit is developed by Andrew Peller Limited, one of Canada’s most respected names in winemaking. Their team works directly with growers around the world to secure these limited harvests, turning exceptional fruit into unforgettable wines.
At Terminal City Brewing, we take it from there — helping you transform these rare kits into finished wines, right here in Vancouver. It’s your opportunity to make something that feels like it was imported directly from the vineyard but crafted by you.
How It Works
Reserve Your LE25 Wines

Reserve by October 31st with a 50% deposit

Each batch makes 23 L (about 29 ½ bottles)

Wines are ready in 6–8 weeks after starting

Meet the 2025 Collection
Pinot Shiraz — Riverland, Australia
Available December 2025
Style: Dry | 13.5% ABV | Medium-Full Body | Medium Oak
An unexpected pairing that just works. This blend balances the bright fruit and soft texture of Pinot with the depth and spice of Shiraz. Expect notes of mixed berries, dark plum, and subtle spice with a smooth, lingering finish.
Pair with: Pork tenderloin with mushrooms or tandoori prawns.
Blanc de Noir — Languedoc, France
Available January 2026
Style: Dry | 12.5% ABV | Medium Body
A white wine made from black Grenache grapes — elegant, bright, and unlike anything else you’ll make this year. Flavours of white peach, pink grapefruit, and soft herbal notes create a beautifully layered, food-friendly wine.
Pair with: Lobster risotto or grilled peach with mascarpone and honey.
Malbec Cabernet — Mendoza, Argentina
Available February 2026
Style: Dry | 14% ABV | Full Body | Medium Oak
Full-bodied and charismatic, this blend combines the richness of Malbec with the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. Expect dark fruit, violet, and spice on the nose, with a smooth, warming finish.
Pair with: Blue cheese burgers or Argentine asado grilled meats.
Pinot Gris Verdelho — Riverland, Australia
Available March 2026
Style: Dry | 13% ABV | Medium Body
A lively, fruit-forward white with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Pinot Gris contributes pear and melon, while Verdelho adds pineapple and guava for a crisp, refreshing finish.
Pair with: Thai red curry chicken or pear, walnut & goat cheese salad.
Pacific Quartet Red — Pacific Rim
Available April 2026
Style: Dry | 14% ABV | Medium-Full Body | Heavy Oak | Includes Grape Skins
Four varietals, four countries — a world tour in one bottle. Carménère from Chile, Shiraz from Australia, Cabernet from California, and Merlot from New Zealand unite in a bold, richly layered red with dark fruit, chocolate, and oak spice.
Pair with: Grilled ribeye or caramelized onion and gouda puff pastries.
