Loyalty Points Program

Terminal City Brewing Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Terminal City Brewing Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered by Terminal City Brewing – 373245 BC LTD, to reward eligible customers for qualifying in-store purchases. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals of legal drinking age who have registered their name and email address with Terminal City Brewing and are subscribed to the company’s main mailing list. Customers may opt out of specific promotional emails but must remain subscribed to the main list to maintain eligibility.

3. Earning Points

  • Participants earn 5% in Loyalty Points on the pre-tax amount of regular-priced in-store purchases.

  • Points are not earned on discounted or sale items, taxes, deposits, or service fees.

  • Points have no cash value and are not transferable.

  • Points may not be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

4. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed toward new purchases once a balance of $50 or more has been accumulated.

  • Customers may redeem $50 or any greater amount, up to their full balance, toward a new in-store purchase.

  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any purchase outside Terminal City Brewing.

  • Redemption may not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.

5. Record Keeping and Discrepancies

  • Point balances are displayed on customer invoices.

  • The Terminal City Brewing point-of-sale (POS) system is the system of record and will be deemed accurate in the event of any discrepancy.

  • The marketing system’s displayed balance is provided for reference only.

  • Customers must report any suspected discrepancy within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, the POS record shall be considered correct and binding.

6. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with the Terminal City Brewing Privacy Policy, available at https://tcbrewing.com/privacy-policy/.

7. Changes and Termination

  • Terminal City Brewing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, or to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

  • No compensation or substitution will be provided for changes or termination of the Program.

  • Accounts belonging to inactive customers may be closed, and accumulated points forfeited, at the company’s discretion.

  • Points do not constitute property, are not guaranteed to exist in the future, and will have no value if the business ceases to operate or changes how it conducts business.

8. Limitation of Liability
Terminal City Brewing assumes no responsibility for system errors, delays, or other issues that may affect point accrual or redemption. By participating, customers release Terminal City Brewing from all claims related to the administration of this Program.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
