Acid Blend – Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid

Acid blends are mixtures of acids that are naturally found in wine making grapes. Most blends primarily contain malic, citric, and tartaric acids these are the three most abundant acids found in grapes. Acid blends are often used when making cocktails or other flavoured beverages.
