How to Carbonate at Home Using This Kit:

1. Chill and Fill: Pour your cold beverage into a clean soda bottle, leaving a bit of headspace. Cold liquid absorbs CO₂ better.
2. Cap and Connect: Screw the carbonation cap onto the bottle. Connect the regulator’s ball lock fitting to the cap.
3. Set Pressure: Open the CO₂ tank and set the regulator to your desired PSI (usually 10–30 PSI depending on how fizzy you want it).
4. Shake (Optional): Gently shake the bottle for 30–60 seconds to speed up carbonation.
5. Chill and Enjoy: Let it rest in the fridge under pressure, or drink immediately if shaken.
