While beers don’t generally benefit from long aging, certain types like lagers do require a bit more time to craft. Our Park Bench Pilsner, a classic Czech-style lager, takes about 4-5 weeks to be fully ready to drink—perfect timing for the holidays.

For wine lovers, our WineXpert Reserve Australian Chardonnay and Australian Cabernet Sauvignon are both on special this month and should have around 6 to 8 weeks to mature. That means if you start now, they’ll just be starting to ripen in time for holiday dinners and celebrations.
