Pinot Shiraz - Riverland, Australia
13.5% ABV | Dry | Medium-Full Body | Medium Oak
Releasing: December 2025
An unexpected match that just works — this Pinot Shiraz brings together the elegance of Pinot with the richness and spice of Shiraz in a way only Australia can pull off. Juicy notes of sour cherry, blueberry, and dark plum are layered with floral aromatics, gentle spice, and a hint of licorice. Silky tannins round out the finish, offering depth without heaviness.
Grown in Australia’s Riverland region, the warm days coax bold flavours from Shiraz, while cooler nights allow Pinot to retain structure and develop lush fruit character — the perfect balance for blending.
Great with: pork tenderloin and mushrooms, roasted root veggies, or tandoori prawns.
Blanc De Noir - Languedoc, France
12.5% ABV | Dry | Medium Body
Releasing: January 2026
Made from black-skinned Grenache grapes with minimal skin contact, this Blanc de Noir is a white wine with depth, character, and a stunning aromatic profile. Expect layers of white peach, pink grapefruit, and subtle spice, with hints of herbaceous greens, red apple, and strawberry. Crisp acidity ties it all together, making it both refreshing and complex.
From the coastal vineyards of Languedoc, this wine reflects the region’s sun-drenched climate, limestone-rich soils, and cooling sea breezes — the perfect conditions for crafting something truly expressive and distinctive.
Perfect with: pork rillettes or cretons, lobster risotto, or grilled peach with mascarpone and honey.
Malbec Cabernet - Mendoza, Argentina
14% ABV | Dry | Full Body | Medium Oak
Releasing: February 2026
Rich, bold, and built to impress — this Malbec Cabernet blend brings together the plush fruit of Malbec with the structure and depth of Cabernet Sauvignon. Expect aromas of violet, spice, and dark berries, followed by flavours of plum, blackberry, and a touch of peppercorn. Firm tannins and fresh acidity give it lift, while the long, warming finish lingers with dark fruit and smooth complexity.
From the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, where rocky soils, intense sunshine, and cool mountain nights come together to produce grapes with concentrated flavour and balance.
Pair it with: blue cheese burgers, Argentine asado, or mushroom and roasted garlic flatbread.
Pinot Gris Verdelho - Riverland, Australia
13% ABV | Dry | Medium Body
Releasing: March 2026
Bright, tropical, and beautifully balanced — this Pinot Gris Verdelho blend bursts with vibrant citrus and exotic fruit. Pinot Gris brings pear and melon, while Verdelho adds notes of pineapple, guava, and zesty citrus. Hints of green apple and gentle spice round things out, with a silky texture, crisp acidity, and a light mineral finish to keep it refreshing.
Grown in Riverland, where hot days and cool nights help both varietals shine. Fertile soils and reliable irrigation along the Murray River ensure the grapes ripen fully while retaining freshness — perfect for lively, fruit-forward whites.
Pairs well with: Thai red curry chicken, shrimp vermicelli bowls, or a pear, walnut & goat cheese salad.
Pacific Quartet Red - Pacific Rim
14% ABV | Dry | Medium-Full Body | Heavy Oak | Grape Skins
Releasing: April 2026
Four countries, one powerful red. This Pacific Quartet Red blends Carménère from Chile, Shiraz from Australia, Cabernet Sauvignon from California, and Merlot from New Zealand into a bold, structured, and deeply satisfying wine. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, and spice lead into layered flavours of blackcurrant, plum, and dark chocolate, all wrapped in firm tannins and rich toasty oak.
Sourced from across the Pacific Rim, this blend brings together the best of each region — sun-ripened fruit from Australia and California, elegant structure from Chile and New Zealand, and a beautifully complex finish from their union.
Excellent with: grilled ribeye with peppercorn sauce, smoky paprika veggie kabobs, or gouda & caramelized onion puff pastry bites.
