LalBrew Verdant IPA™ Yeast – 11g
LalBrew Verdant IPA™ is a highly expressive ale yeast developed in collaboration with Verdant Brewing Co. (UK), known for their juicy, hop-forward beers. Selected specifically to enhance the character of modern IPAs, this strain brings prominent apricot aroma along with subtle tropical fruit and citrus notes that meld beautifully with your hop profile.
Unlike drier American strains, LalBrew Verdant IPA™ offers medium to high attenuation while retaining a soft, full-bodied malt character. This makes it ideal for styles where you want a rounder mouthfeel, hazy body, or a touch more malt sweetness without sacrificing hop expression.
While it’s a standout for NEIPAs, English IPAs, and American Pale Ales, this versatile yeast also works surprisingly well in a broad range of other styles—from English Bitters and Sweet Stouts to Sours and Specialty Ales.
Whether you’re chasing haze, balance, or body, Verdant IPA™ gives you the expressive fermentation profile to get there.
