Sani-Brew is an excellent cleaner for brewing equipment. Known as Diversol, Chlori-Clean, B-Brite and other names. All of these products are CTSP (Chlorinated Trisodium Phosphate) – CTSP is an effective cleaner and will happily break down leftover beer and wine residue. Safe for skin once diluted, though the dry powder needs to be handled with caution. Do not inhale CTSP dust. Keep out of eyes. Follow label directions.

Sani-Brew is a mild sanitizer, though it is not anywhere near as effective as Star-San.
