Summer Solstice Pale Ale is a lively hopped brew using a one off hop called Amarillo – many brewers are just discovering this magnificent hybrid. Willamette, Cascade and Northern Brewer complete the hop profile. Summer Solstice Pale Ale is very bright with a bit of a zing to it – you’ll notice the hops in this one for sure. A scoop of Crystal malt softens the finish and gives a lovely summery golden hue.
