TCB Premium Apple Cider is made right here at Terminal City Brewing! We use pure BC apple juice pressed at Triple Jim’s Juice in Chilliwack, BC. No syrups, no extracts, no nasty artificial flavours. Virtually all of the apple sugar is consumed during fermentation, finishing with that elusive dry craft cider that is so hard to find!
Crisp, dry finish without much sweetness by default. We are happy to back sweeten your cider if you prefer something a little less sharp.
Cider takes about 3 weeks depending on the season. This half batch size produces approximately 23L of finished cider. 23L is about 64 standard 355mL cans or bottles.
