Lavender Hopped Cider made right here at Terminal City Brewing! We start with pure BC apple juice pressed at Triple Jim’s Juice in Chilliwack, BC. During fermentation, we add a healthy dose of Lavender-infused Centennial hops. These BC-grown hops are blended with fresh Lavender from Greendale Lavender Farm during processing.
Available dry or sweetened, our Lavender Hopped Cider delivers crisp apple flavours with a light Centennial hop finish and a gentle Lavender aroma.
This half batch size produces approximately 23L of finished cider. 23L is about 64 standard 355mL cans or bottles.
