Yeast Energizer helps maintain yeast health and avoids unpleasant flavours caused by stressed yeast. Recommended whenever fermenting fruit wines or ciders, energizer contains a blend of dried yeast husks, yeast nutrients and vitamins to ensure your fermentation gets off to a good start. Add at the very start of fermentation, within 24 hours of starting your batch.
Use energizer to avoid sulphur flavours in your ciders. Stressed yeast can lead to the dreaded “rhino-fart” sulphur smell from your batch which is hard to remove once present. By fermenting with energizer right from day one, your yeast will grow up happy!
