LalBrew BRY-97™ West Coast Ale Yeast – 11g
LalBrew BRY-97™ is a clean, reliable, and highly versatile American West Coast-style ale yeast that delivers crisp fermentations with minimal esters. Selected from the Siebel Institute Culture Collection, this strain is favoured for its high attenuation, fast fermentation kinetics, and excellent flocculation, making it a dependable choice for nearly any American-style ale.
With a neutral flavour profile and just a touch of esters, BRY-97 lets your hops, malts, and adjuncts shine. Thanks to its expression of β-glucosidase, it can also enhance hop biotransformation, helping to boost aroma and flavour in dry-hopped beers.
From American Pale Ales and IPAs to Stouts, Ambers, and even big styles like Barleywines and Imperial IPAs, BRY-97 can do it all. It performs especially well in clean, hop-forward beers where clarity, balance, and crispness are essential.
