23L Glass Carboy – quality glass imported from Italy. These fine quality carboys are perfect for finishing wine but they can be used for all your fermentation needs like beer and cider. These take a #6.5 bung which can be used with a Standard Airlock or an S-Type Airlock.

Like virtually all glass carboys, these are not suitable for pressurization. You cannot carbonate in a glass carboy. They are however suitable for vacuum degassing!
