Our Terminal City Pilsner is one of our all-time favourites, with some updates for our 30th anniversary! Fuller bodied than many Pilsners on the market, we mash with pure Gambrinus Premium Pilsner Malt for a rich clean taste. As always we do our best to source local ingredients whenever possible – Gambrinus malts their barley in Armstrong, BC! Can’t do much better than that!
Hopped heavily with the versatile Northern Brewer bittering hop and then finished with the noble Hallertau Traditional as our aroma hop. This is a great Pilsner for those of you who typically tend to stay more on the Ale side of things, the rich body and full hoppiness will bring you over to the light side!
